Students will learn how the changing seasons influence what herbs are available and how a simple home medicinal garden can provide valuable resources throughout the year. As part of the class, students will have the opportunity to sample \"\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eNature’s Sour Patch\"\u003c\/span\u003e and prepare a fresh herbal tea using herbs from the garden. This interactive experience helps reinforce plant identification while introducing students to one of the oldest and most common herbal preparations.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e Each participant will receive a fresh herb bundle to take home, along with supplies and instructions for proper drying and storage.
