Why We Started This Journey

It all began with a simple question.

After our son was diagnosed with multiple food allergies, we found ourselves questioning everything. Why can’t our son eat the food God made? After much research, one change led to another, and before long, we were on a path we never expected; reading labels, cutting out chemicals, and becoming an ingredient-only household. That path grew into raising our own chickens, getting goats for milk, and eventually bringing home a dairy cow.

But the real turning point came when my own health failed.

I found myself bedridden and in constant, chronic pain, unsure if I’d ever get my life back. It was in that quiet, difficult season that I turned my focus to learning everything I could about natural healing. I studied late into the nights, with books piled high and tears close by. And as I learned, something started to change.

Herbalism became a lifeline and eventually, a calling.

With time (and God’s grace), my health began to return. I could live again. And I knew in my heart that I couldn’t keep what I’d learned to myself. I became a certified herbalist, not just for our family, but to help others find their way back to the healing gifts God has already given us.

This isn’t just about herbs. It’s about hope. It’s about reclaiming the health we were made for and walking alongside others as they do the same.
