    •    Step 2: Plow & Bind – Parasite Plow tinctures (2 bottles) paired with Binder’s Twine capsules for a potent punch that expels parasites and locks down toxins so they can be safely carried out.

    •    Step 3: Restore & Support – A break phase supported by Clear Creek Cleanse tea, helping your body flush and reset before the next round. Nitty Gritty is recommended during this time as well, but not included.

Before you begin... plan.

Follow the included protocol for daily guidance. Parasite Plow is best begun on the full moon, when parasites are most active. So plan your detox so the full moon falls on day 6. Keep in mind that Compost Cleanse is to support your bowels to open pathways. This means you want to plan accordingly and stay close to home. 

Parasite Protocol 

Day 1–5 (Prep)

• Compost Cleanse Tea - 1 cup daily (evening).
• Focus on clean eating + hydration.

Day 6–15 (Plow & Bind - 10 days ON)

• Parasite Plow - Take 1 dropper on an empty stomach 3× daily; 30 mins before meals. 
• Binder’s Twine -  2 capsules at night
• (Optional) Compost Cleanse Tea - 1 cup at night if needed to move bowels

Day 16–20 (Break - 5 days OFF)

• Pause Parasite Plow.
• Pause Binder’s Twine (unless needed).
• Clear Creek Cleanse Tea - 1 cup daily to keep detox pathways clear.
• (Optional) Compost Cleanse Tea - as needed to move bowels. 

Day 21–30 (Plow & Bind - 10 days ON)

• Parasite Plow - Take 1 dropper on an empty stomach 3× daily; 30 mins before meals.
• Binder’s Twine -  2 capsules at night
• (Optional) Compost Cleanse Tea - 1 cup at night if needed to move bowels

After Day 30 (Restore 7–14 days)

• Nitty Gritty Nutritional Blend - 1 cup daily for rebuilding. (Sold Separately) 
• Clear Creek Cleanse Tea - 1–2 cups per week only (maintenance).
